We have a 100% return policy for products having manufacturer's defects.

To start a return, you can contact us at bigwheelinstore@gmail.com. We make our shirts custom to order and therefore cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than defects.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Refunds can be arranged for defective products (products that do not arrive as advertised).
